"I can't say enough good things about Cathy! We shuffled our travel around due to Hurricane Ian and not knowing where it would make landfall. She moved our hotel check in and rental car in Destin up a day, cancelled our hotel in Alabama and then rebooked it once we knew we were in the clear of any weather, sent us goodies for our anniversary, and checked in with us a few times during our trip. We will definitely use her again and think everyone else should too!"
